The place is situated directly near the Jumeirah Beach, Jumeirah Beach Hotel and Hotel Burj Al Arab.

The patio houses of old Arab times were the inspiration for the architectural development of this villa complex. The one storied villas are directly situated on the beaches between the hotels Mina A Salam and Al Qasr embedded in an extensive park and lagoon landscape. Within the Madinat Jumeirah Resort there is a shopping centre in Souk style with around 120 shops, a large wellness area, numerous restaurants and bars as well as the biggest spa in the Middle East. The GULF SUMMER HOUSES are in the first row at the beach whilst the ARABIAN SUMMER HOUSES are found in the rows behind.

ARABIAN SUMMER HOUSES
The rooms of the villas are situated on the ground floor as well as first floor.
Arabian Deluxe Room: (around 60 m²); luxurious bedrooms with seating furnished in Arab style with marble bathroom, separate shower and toilet, hair dryer, bathrobes, radio, SAT-TV, telephone, internet access, fax machine, mini bar, tea and coffee making facilities, safe, air conditioning and terrace.
Arabian Suite: (around 130 m²); same features as "Arabian Deluxe", though more spacious and with dining area and two terraces, private butler service and best view over the lagoon and park landscape. Special limousine transfer from/to airport.
GULF SUMMER HOUSES
The rooms of the villas are situated on the ground floor as well as on the first floor.
Arabian Deluxe Room: (around 60 m²); same features as "Arabian Deluxe Room" with large bathroom, private shielded terrace and view over the beautiful lagoon and park landscape.
Arabian Suite: (around 120 m²); the suites are situated on the upper floor of the villas and offer the best view over the great resort landscape.
The opulent features comprise of a spacious bedroom with a separate large seating area, a large bathroom with luxurious facilities and two large shielded terraces. Private butler service and special limousine transfer included.
Ocean Deluxe Room: (around 60 m²); same features as "Arabian Deluxe Room", with sea view.
*Ocean Suite: (around 120 m²); same luxurious features as "Arabian Suite", with two terraces that offer a great view of the sea. Direct access to the beach and private butler service, special limousine transfer from/to the airport.
Breakfast: Rich buffet
Half board: lunch or dinner at the restaurants "Al Muna", "Arboretum" or "Khaymat Al Bahar"
The "AL Muna" serves international cuisine at the highest level. In the "Arboretum" Wednesdays Mexican, Thursdays international grilled and Fridays Asian delicacies are served. The "Khaymat Al Bahar" offers excellent Arab and international cuisine.

Since 2014 the Emirate Dubai has a Bed Tax. The tax applies per room and night is payable at check-out in the hotel (bar or by credit card). Depending on the type of booked room the tax varies between 1.40 € and 4.00 € per room and night. This also applies to stop-over bookings.
NOTE TO RAMADAN (2019/05/05-2019/06/04)In all countries, the Islamic month of fasting Ramadan celebrated. During this period the faithful abstain between sunrise and sunset, inter alia, on eating, drinking and smoking.
Out of respect for the faithful during the day is therefore also the tourist into the public food (also Chew bubble gum), drinking and smoking is not allowed. The restaurant and bar is also restricted in the hotels. The hotel restaurants are open, but meals and beverages are not served during the day outdoors. The entertainment during the day is also limited in the trips and hotels.
In short, public life is with some exuberant celebrations after sunset until midnight instead.
The Ramadan ends with a big party, which is about 3 days and drags with our Christmas comparable.
