Lion´s Golf-Charity-Gala 2009 in Marbella

On the 20th of June 2009 the annual Lion‘s Golf-Charity-Gala took place at Villa Padierna in Marbella.
“Improve the living conditions and environment of humans” is one of the basic principles that Lions has established for itself. The international prominence of Marbella supported this motto with great enthusiasm and amassed donations of 18.000 Euros. The sum was handed over to different organisations one of them being the Concordia Foundation initiated by Princess Marie Louise of Prussia.

Next to renowned sponsors such as Mercedes and Fischer Car Group Praivit Luxusreisen received the opportunity to present itself as a sponsor in Marbella. Once again the travel operator from Cologne underlined its social commitments. Managing Director Massimo Di Tommasi donated a trip to the luxury hotel Atlantis The Palm in Dubai. Since May 2009 Praivit has started operating within Spanish market.

The charity event already began at 10 a.m. at the Golf Club Flamingos directly situated next to Villa Padierna. At the same time the gala is the kick-off to the Fischer Open Golf Series 2009-2010.
